We offer the following possibilities for cancelling or converting your booking:

• Support Campus Grafenegg with a donation
  The ticket amount can be used to support the talented young musicians at Campus Grafenegg. This donation is tax-deductible.
• Receive a credit of the value of the ticket price on your customer account and redeem it on/for future subscription and ticket purchases.
• Alternatively, we can issue a print@home voucher in the value of the ticket price
• As a further option, we can refund the purchase price to your bank account via chargeback.
• Amounts paid by credit card are automatically charged back.
